Ms. Dutt is a graduate of UC Berkeley and USC, where she received her Master’s in Social Work. Before joining Framework, she trained in social services, high school, and university settings, including the UCLA Bruin Guardian Scholars Program. She provides individual therapy for adults and helps clients work through concerns such as difficult life transitions, identity development, relationship issues, burnout, and trauma. She believes therapy is not “one size fits all” and tailors her therapeutic approach to each client, though grounds herself in psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and trauma-informed modalities. She integrates yoga, music, art, and nature into her own self-care practices.
