We were founded on the principles of providing affordable, accessible psychological services from highly qualified therapists. Current marketing strategies attract high functioning clients in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who are experiencing phase of life issues, relationship concerns, or striving to achieve work/life balance.
Licensed Therapist (Lic. Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC): Options are available for working fully remote, in office, or a hybrid model
“I love the flexibility and supportive environment at Framework… I choose my own hours and am encouraged to take time off for self-care. Without having to do my own marketing, my caseload is always filled with amazing clients. Framework supported me in developing a group therapy program and creating a professional bio that attracts populations I am passionate about working with….I appreciate that Framework accepts insurance so care is more accessible to clients. Providing accessible care is an important value for me, and having administrative staff who take care of billing makes the process easy for clinicians….As a result, I get to focus on the work I want to do, not the work I have to.” - Jamie Gamboa, Psy.D.

“I really enjoyed my postdoctoral training at Framework. The directors and supervisors were supportive, positive, organized, and highly knowledgeable about clinical issues, multicultural and LGBTQ issues, and a wide range of interventions. I was able to grow my clinical skills and my confidence as a psychologist. I am grateful for my time here and I strongly recommend Framework to anyone looking to complete their [training] in a socially progressive, culturally sensitive, and respectful environment that is staffed with highly ethical and experienced practitioners.” - Susan Chi, Ph.D.
